The present perfect talks about experience and change up to now. Form it with have / has + past participle: have worked, has changed, have lived. Use it for things that started in the past and continue now (for six years, since 2010), for life experience, and for recent changes with already, just, and yet.
Examples: She has worked at the bank for six years. · Our town has changed a lot. · They have already moved to a bigger office.
