Instructions: Fill in each blank with one of these modal phrases: should, ought to, must, have to, don’t have to (or must not where appropriate). Type the full phrase. Spelling counts.

Tip: For negatives, you can write don’t have to or do not have to. For prohibition, use must not or mustn't.
